Delete your Ember account

The fastest method is inside Ember: open Profile → Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and does not require contacting support.

If you cannot open the app

Email nurettinerzen@gmail.com with the subject Ember account deletion. Send the request from the email address connected to your Apple or Google account when possible. If Apple hid your address, include the private relay address shown in your Apple ID settings. We may ask for limited information needed to locate the correct account, but we will never ask for your store password.

What is deleted

Your account, optional name, likes, tried list, ratings, partner pairing, subscription-status copy, push token and usage statistics are permanently deleted. Your partner is unpaired. The only record left is an anonymous daily count of deletions that cannot identify you.

Delete some data without closing your account

In Ember, open Profile → Clear likes to delete all of your likes while keeping your account. For another specific-data request, email nurettinerzen@gmail.com with the subject Ember data deletion and say which data you want deleted.

Guest accounts

A guest account has no email address. Delete it from Profile → Delete account while you still have access to the device. If the app has already been uninstalled and the guest account was never paired, there is no provider identity that can be used to reconnect it to you.

Subscriptions

Deleting an Ember account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel Ember separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
