By using Ember you agree to these terms. Ember is provided by Selenly LLC.
Who may use Ember
You must be 18 or older. Ember is about sex between partners and says so plainly in words, alongside stylised silhouette illustrations. It contains no nudity, no photography and no pornographic material.
Ember+ subscription
- Ember+ is an auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly, monthly or yearly.
- The price shown in the app is the price for your country, charged to your App Store or Google Play account after any free trial, or when you confirm a purchase without a trial.
- Eligible new subscribers receive a seven-day free trial on the weekly, monthly or yearly plan they select. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, that selected plan begins billing automatically at the price shown in the app.
- It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel it in the subscription settings of the store where you bought it. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Browsing the deck and passing cards are free. Keeping a card, rolling the dice, and drawing truth-or-dare cards require Ember+, including an active free trial. One subscription covers both partners.
Content
All illustrations are licensed stock vector artwork. The written content is ours. Neither may be copied or redistributed.
Use it sensibly
Ember suggests; it does not instruct. Everything in it is for two consenting adults, and either of you may stop at any point. Nothing in the app is medical advice.
Availability
We may change or discontinue features. The app is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, Selenly LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
